DM top-ups: buying extra sending capacity
A one-time purchase that never expires, and exactly when it gets used.
Details
A DM top-up adds 5,000 extra DMs for ₹99, available from Settings → Billing on any plan, including Free, any time — not just when you’re about to hit your limit. It’s a one-time purchase through Razorpay, not a subscription, and the button reflects immediately after checkout completes.
How it interacts with your plan’s monthly quota
Your plan’s monthly DM allowance is always used first. A top-up is pure overflow capacity — it’s only drawn down once your monthly quota for the current billing period is already used up, one DM at a time, and it never expires or resets on its own. Unused top-up credit carries over indefinitely across billing cycles, so buying one ahead of an expected spike (a launch, a viral post) never wastes money if the spike doesn’t fully use it that month.
If the credit doesn’t show up right away
Crediting happens automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment, which is normally within seconds — if it takes longer than a few minutes, refresh the Billing page before assuming something’s wrong; if it still hasn’t appeared, email billing with your payment reference.
